The laboratory is equipped with two Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) sputtering systems with up to three confocal cathodes, able to perform co-deposition in DC and RF configuration, also with reactive atmosphere.
It is also possible to cool or heat the substrate during deposition up to 450 °C and apply a bias voltage.
We have expertise to sputter ceramics, metals, alloys and composite layers on a large variety of substrates, such as polymers, textiles, metals, ceramics, composites and glasses.
